Q1: How can I listen to the conversation in the on air Room?
A: To listen to the conversation, enter the on air Room. To enter the on air Room, click the Room with “ON AIR”. If there is an on air Room, it is displayed on the top of each list (Admin Rooms, Member Rooms and Other Public/Closed Rooms).
If you are an “Admin” or a “Member” of the Room, notification is sent to your mobile. You can enter the Room by clicking the notification.
Note 1:When ”Secret” Room or “Invited Friend” (My Room) is on air, the Room is solely listed (displayed) for the Admins and the Members of the Room.
Note 2: “Closed” Rooms are not available for the users who are not the Members of the Room, even though “ON AIR” is displayed on the Room. If you want to enter the on air Room, join the associated Group on Facebook.
Note 3: “Public” Rooms are available for every user who signed up VoiceLink®. However, if you are not the Member of the Room, you can listen to the conversation just as a “Guest”. Guest can nothing but listen to the conversation in the on air Room. If you want to speak or post on Chat, join the associated Group on Facebook.
Q2: I cannot hear the voice of a certain speaker.
A: There are the cases in which speakers and listeners can hear some speakers’ voice, but others not.
When you have the issues stated above, please refer to the following tips:
-Wait for a while
-Restart VoiceLink® app.
-Leave the on air Room and enter again
Q3: I have an internet connection which is fast enough to browse, but still I have hard time for listening to the conversation.
A: If your internet connection is unstable, and so is the sound in the on air Room. If you use VoiceLink® in the streets or on board, the internet connection might become unstable, so please refrain from these unfavorable settings when to enjoy VoiceLink® fully.
